Daylynn Smith

Daylynn Smith, a 21-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2014. The incident occurred at the Hall Manor Housing Project, where Smith was confronted by Johnny M. Collins, then 23 years old. Collins was reportedly furious about a drug debt and shot Smith in the back with a 9mm handgun as Smith attempted to flee. The handgun was never recovered, but police found one bullet and five shell casings at the scene.
