On a summer afternoon in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, a dispute born from the frustrations of the road escalated into a fatal encounter that claimed the life of Kyle P. Boslego. The 36-year-old man, who was of Puerto Rican descent, was shot and killed on July 6, 2022.
