Jordan Allen, a 23-year-old man from Harrisburg, PA, was tragically found dead on October 20, 2022, in the Hall Manor section of the city. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including a fatal shot to the back of his head. The investigation revealed that Allen was the victim of an apparent execution-style shooting.
