Kevin Royster, a 22-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2018. He was found injured at a residence on the 1300 block of Berryhill Street, where police responded to a report of gunshots. Despite immediate first aid efforts by police and EMS, Royster succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Following the incident, police launched an investigation that led to the arrest of 28-year-old Julius Allen. Allen was charged with criminal homicide and burglary.
