Earl Shaleek Pinckney, a 20-year-old African American man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically died on August 7, 2016. His death was the result of a fatal shooting by Harrisburg Police Officer Tony Elliott. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of Green Street, where Shaleek was involved in a domestic dispute with his family.
