Jerome Keith Buckner, affectionately known as "Rome" or "Buck-Nizz," was a 38-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA. He was tragically shot and killed early on the morning of October 18, 2014. The incident occurred in Harrisburg, and it was later determined to be a homicide.
