Tyrone M. Shaw, a 46-year-old African American man from Roselle Park, New Jersey, was found dead on February 4, 2019, along Interstate 81 in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Shaw's body was discovered by a Pennsylvania State Trooper around 11 p.m. that night, lying between his disabled 2004 GMC Yukon and the guardrail. Shaw had been shot once in the head, and his vehicle had a flat tire. Investigators believe Shaw was targeted and killed shortly after his vehicle broke down.
