On the morning of July 6, 2018, Jeremanuel Negron-Quiles, a 22-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was found dead from gunshot wounds in the 200 block of South 14th Street in Harrisburg, PA. Harrisburg Police Officers responded to the scene around 6 a.m. after receiving reports of gunshots.
