Andre Lamont Parker, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2016, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Parker was a resident of Lower Paxton Township and a student at Harrisburg Area Community College, where he was majoring in Criminal Justice.
