Joseph Ayala Maya, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on April 12, 2020, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was found deceased at the scene of an assault on the 1400 block of S. 13th Street. The Harrisburg Police Department was dispatched to the location around 3:30 p.m. after receiving a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ayala Maya with apparent injuries that caused his death.
