Omari Wilson Jr., a 26-year-old man from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2025, in a fatal shooting. The incident occurred near North Fourth and Muench streets in Harrisburg, where police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 7:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Wilson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
