Vincent Anthony Saitta, a 36-year-old male of Italian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 9, 1969, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was critically injured on April 5, 1969, during a horrific shooting spree on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which resulted in his death four days later at Harrisburg Hospital.
