Laquan Clark, a 26-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2019. He was known affectionately as "Popcorn" and was deeply loved by his family and friends. Laquan was born on March 11, 1992, to Shireba Jones and Tory Clark, and he attended Harrisburg High School.
