On November 5, 2021, at approximately 6 p.m., Harrisburg Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of South 13th Street. Upon arrival, they found 14-year-old Malachi "Tarzan" John, a male student of Harrisburg City Schools, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
