Kodi Flanagan, a 22-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2017. He was fatally shot near the corner of North 3rd and Muench Streets in Harrisburg. Flanagan succumbed to his injuries shortly after the incident.
