Kenneth Scott Cobb, a 59-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically died on March 27, 2022. He was a well-known cab driver in the area, often referred to as "Bird" by those who knew him. Cobb was shot and killed while sitting in his cab near the Amtrak station on Grace Street in Harrisburg. The incident was believed to be a targeted attack.
