In the late evening of March 27, 2022, Kenneth Scott Cobb, a 59-year-old White male, was working his shift as a well-known and beloved cab driver in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Known to his friends and regular customers as 'Bird,' he was sitting in his taxi near the Amtrak station on Grace Street when his life was abruptly and violently cut short.
