On October 5, 2023, 22-year-old Marshall Vujasinovich of Steelton, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot while attending a memorial vigil in Harrisburg. The vigil was held near the intersection of South 19th and Holly Streets to honor 18-year-old Marion Holmes, who had tragically died earlier that week in a collision involving a Harrisburg police vehicle.
