Rashaad Gallmon-Queen, a 25-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2015. He was fatally shot by 15-year-old Jasuan Johnson at the intersection of North Fifth and Radnor Streets just before 6:00 p.m. Gallmon-Queen was driven to Harrisburg Hospital after being in a car accident along N. Front Street, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
