Twame Evans, a 24-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2015. He was fatally shot during an altercation outside a city bar called OD's Place. According to police reports, Twame and the suspect, Razawn Moore, were only a few feet apart when Moore drew a pistol and fired. Moore then fled the scene but was later arrested by U.S. marshals in Florida in February 2016.
