In the afternoon of November 24, 2017, Ricardo Yeiser Sr., a 54-year-old man, was shot in the area of 21st and Boas Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Following the shooting, which occurred shortly after 1:35 p.m., Yeiser was driven to Harrisburg Hospital in a private vehicle, a black Cadillac SUV. The vehicle fled the scene after dropping him off.
