Ricardo Yeiser Sr., a 54-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 24, 2017, in Harrisburg, PA. He was fatally shot in the area of 21st and Boas Streets. When police arrived at the scene, they learned that the victim had been taken to the hospital in a black Cadillac SUV, which then fled the scene.
