In the afternoon of November 24, 2017, Ricardo Yeiser Sr., a 54-year-old man, was shot in the area of 21st and Boas Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Following the shooting, which occurred shortly after 1:35 p.m., Yeiser was driven to Harrisburg Hospital in a private vehicle, a black Cadillac SUV. The vehicle fled the scene after dropping him off.
Despite medical attention, Ricardo Yeiser Sr. succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:06 p.m. that same day.
The Harrisburg Police launched an investigation into the homicide, seeking information from the public regarding the shooting and the black Cadillac SUV involved.
The investigation into the death of Ricardo Yeiser Sr. remains open. To date, authorities have not publicly identified any suspects in connection with the fatal shooting, and no arrests have been announced.
