In the summer of 2003, 59-year-old Revell Reuben Jeeter was living a quiet life in Harrisonville, a small community in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. A retired man, Jeeter was known to be a bit of a loner, with his primary companion being his Jack Russell terrier, Bubba.
