Elias Pery Jr., 31, was last seen on July 18, 2017, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On that day, he called his mother and informed her that he was planning to move to Hoboken, New Jersey, to live with friends and pursue a job in New York City. After this call, Pery disconnected his cell phone, let his email accounts expire, and did not file a forwarding address. Since then, he has made no contact with family or friends, leaving his whereabouts unknown.
