On a summer morning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 8, 2004, 73-year-old Antonio Vega was last seen near his home. His residence was in the vicinity of Mulberry Street and Frankford Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Vega was described as a Hispanic male, standing at five feet four inches tall and weighing around 135 pounds.
