Allen Briscoe Jr., a 16-year-old high school student from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, disappeared on December 13, 1985, under mysterious circumstances. That day, his mother, who worked two jobs, called home at her usual time of 7:30 a.m. to ensure that Allen and his sister were getting ready for school, but received no answer.
