In the early hours of March 14, 2025, in Northeast Philadelphia, 27-year-old Joseph Arnold Plant Jr., known to his friends and family as 'Joey,' was at his home on the 4100 block of Longshore Avenue. He was last seen at approximately 1:30 a.m. while engaged in an online video game.
