In the West Philadelphia neighborhood of Powelton Village, a caregiver grew concerned for the well-being of 72-year-old Herbert Snyder. On the evening of January 23, 2017, at approximately 6:45 PM, Mr. Snyder was last seen at his residence on the 4000 block of Powelton Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black coat, blue jeans, and white sneakers. His caregiver reported him missing, noting that he had a history of wandering off.
