Fernando Muniz, aged 40, was last seen on April 27, 2019, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That day, he left his home, stating that he would return, but he never did. He was last seen around the area of Kensington and Allegheny Avenues, a location known for being active and heavily populated. Muniz has not been heard from since.
