Rex Reichert, age 45, was last seen on September 28, 1990, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His disappearance is linked to serious allegations of sexual abuse involving two juvenile males, ages 10 and 14, whom Reichert had allegedly cared for over a two-year period in his apartment in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
