Joseph Sireci, a 63-year-old man from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on May 27, 1983. He was believed to be heading to a local laundromat near 3rd and South Street before going to work at Penn’s Landing Condominiums. However, he never arrived at either location. At the time of his disappearance, Sireci was driving a dark blue 1972 Mercury Montego, which also went missing.
