In the late hours of May 27, 1983, a 63-year-old man named Joseph Sireci disappeared from his home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was last seen at his residence, located in the vicinity of the 1100 block of Daly Street, sometime between 10:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. Known to his loved ones as Joe or Cus, Joseph had a routine planned for his journey to work at the Penns Landing Condominiums.
