Javier Hernandez, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Amarillo, Texas, tragically died on July 17, 2022. He was brought to a local hospital with a gunshot wound early that Sunday morning and later succumbed to his injuries. 21-year-old Oscar Adame as the suspect and obtained a murder warrant for his arrest. The SWAT team located Adame at a home in the 9900 block of Plaudit Trail in Potter County, and he was arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center with a bond set at $250,000.
