Eric Ontario Smith, a 19-year-old male from Amarillo, Texas, tragically died on November 23, 2014. He was shot outside the Paradise Club in Amarillo, and the incident quickly drew the attention of local law enforcement. The investigation revealed that Tyrone Dawayne Black, a 23-year-old man, was responsible for the shooting. Black fled Amarillo after the incident but was later captured in Bloomington, Minnesota, in July 2015.
