On September 18, 2024, at approximately 4:37 p.m., Amarillo police responded to a shooting at The Larsson apartment complex, located in the 2200 block of SW 7th Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 40-year-old Anthony Dewayne Dunn deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. The suspect had fled the scene on foot.
