Corey Vance, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2021, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred at a bar located on W. St. Julian Street, where gunfire erupted early in the morning. Officers responded to the scene around 2:15 a.m. and found Corey Vance and a 28-year-old male with gunshot injuries.
