On January 2, 2024, an 18-year-old named Montravious Pitts was fatally shot in a triple drive-by shooting in the Mechanicsville neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred on the 300 block of Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard, where police responded to reports of multiple people shot.
