On June 26, 2016, Fernando Wingfield, 43, was shot and killed in an incident at the Strikers Motorcycle Club in southeast Atlanta. The shooting, which occurred around 3:30 a.m., left four others injured. Wingfield was transported to the hospital but did not survive. One other male victim was in critical condition after surgery, while two females were stabilized.
