Cirla Bingham, a 13-year-old girl from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost her life on January 27, 2015. The incident occurred while she was playing with a rifle at the home of Ivan Berrien, a 45-year-old man. Cirla and Berrien's 14-year-old son were handling the loaded weapon when it accidentally discharged, striking Cirla in the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
