On a March evening in 1994, 28-year-old Aaron Green was at a relative's home in the vicinity of the 2500 block of West Page Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on March 20th, he departed, telling his family he was going to visit a friend in South Philadelphia and would be back shortly.
