Michael Cox, a 57-year-old man from Baltimore, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2020, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot on the 300 block of S. 13th Street early Sunday morning. The incident was part of a string of shootings that occurred in Harrisburg over a short period.
