Frank Whitlock, a 27-year-old male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, tragically died on July 16, 2016. He was shot in the chest in an alley on the 1200 block of Hunter Street in Harrisburg and was found bleeding on the sidewalk by a 21-year-old man who was asleep on a friend's front porch. Despite efforts to save him, Frank was pronounced dead at the scene.
