Earl Watlington Jr., a 34-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Harrisburg, PA, tragically died on May 21, 2017. He was fatally shot by his girlfriend, Jahnaey Chase, in Steelton, PA, early in the morning. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Conestoga Street, where neighbors reported hearing loud arguments and gunshots.
