In the summer of 2016, the life of Leroy Brown, a 51-year-old Black man from Indianapolis, was tragically cut short. On the evening of June 25th, Brown was discovered lying in the street in the 3000 block of North Sherman Drive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
