In the winter of 2022, a tragedy unfolded on the near northside of Indianapolis, leaving a family grieving and a community searching for answers. On the afternoon of December 14th, in the 2300 block of Guilford Avenue, the life of 26-year-old Dazion N. Dulin, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire.
