In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Indianapolis, on December 29, 2020, the life of 24-year-old Jonralde Balzer was tragically cut short. Police were called to the vicinity of East 37th and North Meridian streets around 8:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male victim with injuries consistent with trauma.
