In the summer of 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening calm at an apartment complex on the northeast side of Indianapolis, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Phillip Brown Jr., a 25-year-old male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds on June 29, 2016.
