In the spring of 2016, a tragic accident claimed the life of 10-year-old Noah Sarver in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of May 1st, the young male was at a home on the city's east side, near Vermont and Sherman Drive, when he sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Just moments before the incident, Noah had been seen by neighbors playing basketball outside with other children.
