Juan Vega, aged 38, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred late at night, just before 11:30 p.m., when Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to reports of shots fired near the intersection of Punto Alto Drive and Punto Alto Circle on the city's south side.
