Death by Force

Tommy Turintine, age 34, was found dead on April 18, 2016, in Indianapolis. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched at approximately 5:00 a.m. to the 3200 block of North Campbell Avenue following a welfare check request. When they arrived, they discovered Turintine had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
