In the fall of 2018, the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was rocked by a violent crime that cut short the life of a young woman with a promising future. Tracey Aileen Andrews, a 21-year-old female, was tragically killed on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2018. A graduate of South Side High School in 2016, Andrews had joined the National Guard and was assigned to the HHC 38th Combat Aviation Brigade in Shelbyville. Those who knew her remember her love for shopping, swimming, and school athletics.
