In the late summer of 2019, the life of 27-year-old Dejuan Tre Burruss was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of August 21st, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 4100 block of East Washington Street on the city's east side after receiving a report of a person down.
