In the chill of a January afternoon, the life of 17-year-old Brandon Banks was tragically cut short in Indianapolis. On January 4, 2023, the young man was discovered shot to death inside his mother's car, which was parked on a desolate, dead-end street in the 1800 block of Ingram Street. The location, tucked away near an abandoned church, was not a place he was known to frequent, adding a layer of mystery to the circumstances of his death.
